Senior Pastor

Ingersoll First Baptist Church is a well established, medium-sized (150 attendees) Bible believing church located between London and Woodstock. 
FBC seeks to be a more effective evangelical church and has embraced the mission statement, "We are a worshipping community empowered
by the Holy Spirit to share Christ with everyone".  We are currently seeking a Senior Pastor who will help establish a clear ministry plan and give
strong leadership to help us realize that vision more fully through relevant preaching, effective teaching, discipleship and engaging outreach.

As the spiritual leader of FBC, the senior pastor should model godliness and be committed to shepherding the congregation so that the church body is built up and equipped to do the work of Christ.  The pastor should possess a passion to know and glorify God, and the ability to effectively lead and disciple both staff and congregants.

The successful candidate will possess a graduate level degree in theology, divinity or Biblical studies and have a minimum 5-10 years pastoral experience.
